I know firsthand how grueling dealing with chronic health symptoms can be, especially the horror and frustration of going to appointment after appointment with professionals who say things like “you just need this one expensive treatment and all your symptoms will vanish” or “you’re stuck with this forever” or “you’re just depressed.” My goal is to help you understand the underlying mechanisms that drive these symptoms and learn the techniques that will help your brain and body recover. We will work together over 16 weeks that is broken into five phases:

  • Understanding Your Stress Response

  • Build a Five-Minute Practice

  • Experimenting to Find What’s Easy

phase four: boundaries

  • Trauma, Attachment, and Boundaries

  • Train Your Nervous System that “No” is OK

  • Understanding Burnout

PHASE five: re-orienting

  • Understanding Recovery Cycles

  • Avoiding Familiar Patterns

  • Gravitating Toward Play, Joy, and Awe

This 16 week program includes:

  • 16 1-1 sessions either in person or via Zoom

  • Pain Reprocessing Therapy

  • Between session support

  • Personalized homework based on what your nervous system responds to best

  • Library of resources

    I am confident that after the first month of working with me, you will have noticed a significant change in your health. So I have you pay for the initial month and at the end of it, we will do a check-in and if you aren’t feeling different and optimistic I will send you back your investment.

Price: $600 refundable initial payment and $600 per month thereafter
